I wanted to give this brand a try, but upon finding the shoe too narrow, I decided to return. The return process is a nightmare. They do not make it easy to initiate, don't refund full cost of shoes and deduct return shipping costs. I spent $94.25 initially ($84 for shoes, plus shipping). I was informed I would only receive a refund for $73.75. I returned the shoes really 2 months ago and still have not received the funds.

Do not purchase from this company.

The Cyprus slide is a completely different color than the website, which was obviously photoshopped to show a much better color.
Plus they small like chemicals.
This "save the world" company better save their own company first.

Two stars because the look of the Cyprus high tops is gorgeous. But I literately can't wear them. Though these fit correctly in length/width, the metal grommets on the sides dig into my bones and these don't seem to be designed for human feet.

I was given a pair of Inkkas Rooster sneakers for Christmas, and I can't praise them enough. I have wide feet and high arches, which means I have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit and support. I was pleasantly shocked that these regular-width sneakers are wide enough and offer excellent arch support - and they are so unique and beautiful! I wore them to an art exhibit in Boston where I was on my feet for 6 hours, and I had zero pain and lots of compliments (they stood out enough that people looked down at them from the art on the walls)! I love my Inkkas and they are definitely my go to footwear now.

Please note that I did alter them by replacing the stock white shoelaces with no-tie laces because I have mobility issues due to lumbar spine trouble.

So stylish! Expect to get compliments! The artistry is amazing alll around the sneakers. Very comfortable no blisters here!

Im a parcel courier and walk all day 6 days a week, these are my favorite boots for work and Ive bought 3 pairs now. As comfortable as they are fashionable.

The trek slip on's are so incredibly comfortable-they NEVER needed broken in. The amount of compliments I have received has allowed me time to brag about how much I love my Inkkas!

If I could give them less stars, I would. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them in March. One pair came, the other was preorder. The first pit was too big and uncomfortable so I tried to send them back. It took me three emails to get them to send me a return slip. I sent them back and they were delivered more than a month ago. I still have not received my refund.
The second pair is still delayed. I got an update on them from their customer service email letting me know they were further delayed. They did this by sending an email with no BCC to all of the people waiting for these shoes. So now more than 100 strangers have my information. Just an enormous breech of customer privacy. When I emailed them about it, they "assured me their website was secure" and never acknowledged that they just violated privacy laws.
I am currently trying to cancel that order too.

Do not bother with this company. They are the worst.

Ordered the cheaply made slip one. $78.00. Nowhere do I see even today. For a complete refund. They must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Outside of that. You pay for the shoes to be sent back. And it isn't cheap! For the high price. The Dplus rating and now 2 and half stars in eating. I only wish I had seen all of this prior to ordering. And they would have been honest on the return guidelines.
